Prior to his appointment as President and CEO, Mr. Trueman served as JER's Vice President of Sales & Marketing. His previous career history includes:
- 2002 to 2006 - Director, Global Automotive Business Group, for AlphaGary Corporation, an original equipment manufacturer of thermoplastic compounds and engineering alloys for the auto, medical, and wire and cable industries, based in Troy, Michigan.
- 1991 to 2002 - Vice-President, Automotive Sales and Marketing, for Multibase USA, a supplier of plastics and elastomers to North American auto OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers.
- 1989 to 1991, was the principal of Elastomeric Technologies LLC., a polymer consulting corporation that provided services exclusively to Exxon.
- 1983 to 1989 - OEM Sales Manager for Research Polymers International of Grand Prairie, Tex., a start-up TPO polymer compounder that serviced the North American Tier 1 automotive markets. During his tenure at Research Polymers, Edward Trueman pioneered the sale of the auto industry's first TPO injection-moulded bumper to General Motors in 1984.
Edward Truman holds a Bachelor of Science, Economics and Management degree from Eastern Michigan University.

Peter Kelly
Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Kelly has an extensive background in plastics and chemicals manufacturing with industry experience spanning more than 45 years.

Mr. Kelly is responsible for the development and management of JER's intellectual property, such as:
- Creating new thermoplastic biocomposite formulations for raw composite pellet and sheeting applications;
- Expanding the Company's processing technologies; and
- Investigating new polymer/fibre combinations.
Mr. Kelly will also provide ongoing technical support to JER's sales and marketing teams, ensuring a smooth transition from initial customer inquiry to commercial supply contract.
Mr. Kelly's previous career history includes:
- 1997 to 2007 – Operated Nefilim Research Ltd., a Canadian consulting firm serving the North American plastics industry in all areas of plastics development and manufacturing.
- 1967 to 1997 – Senior Research Scientist for DuPont Canada in Kingston Ontario, the Canadian subsidiary of DuPont that provides a range products and services for the agriculture, nutrition, electronics, communications, safety & protection, home & construction, as well as transportation and apparel markets. Mr. Kelly was responsible for developing products and processes primarily for polyolefins and polyamides. His areas of expertise included:
- Polymer molecular characterization using techniques such as FTIR, NMR, xray diffraction, size exclusion chromatography and ultrasonics;
- Polymer processing characteristics such as rheology, orientation, crystallization and thermal stability;
- Polymer solid state properties such as stress crack resistance, surface friction, abrasion, uniaxial and biaxial stress response;
- Single and twin screw design;
- Die design for blown film, tube and sheet extrusion;
- Reactive processing (silane, maleic anhydride and epoxy grafting);
- Product development in areas such as pipe, packaging film, rotational molding and blow molding.
- 1963 to 1967 – Independent consultant to the construction industry in London, England, teaching scheduling systems such as the Critical Path Method.
- 1959 to 1963 - Design Engineer at Reichhold Chemicals (Australia), the world's largest supplier of unsaturated polyester resins for composites and a leading supplier of coating resins for a wide variety of markets and applications. Mr. Kelly was responsible for building reactors for various thermoset compounds.
Mr. Kelly has a degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of New South Wales in Sydney, Australia.

Ji Yoon
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Yoon has more than 14 years of finance, accounting and public markets experience in the high technology, engineering, and distribution industries.

Mr. Yoon is responsible for all financial functions of the organization, from accounting, finance and tax management to inventory control, strategic financial capital management and financial reporting. His previous executive management experience includes:
- 2005 to 2007 - Acting Chief Financial Officer and Controller for Taiga Building Products Ltd., a Vancouver based public company, Taiga is Canada's largest independent wholesale distributor of building products with sales over a billion dollars. Taiga distributes building products through fourteen distribution centres across Canada and two distribution centres in the USA. On behalf of building supply dealers and industrial manufacturers, Taiga distributes dimension lumber, panel products, treated wood, engineered wood, roofing materials, mouldings, composite decking, polyethylene sheeting, batt and foam insulation, siding and flooring. In this capacity, Mr. Yoon was responsible for all matters related to public reporting, audit, treasury, and tax planning.
- 2004 to 2005 - Corporate Controller for Seon Design Inc., a specialist in the design and manufacture of video surveillance systems for mobile applications based in Coquitlam, British Columbia.
- 2003 to 2004 - Corporate Controller for BC Hot House Foods Inc., a leading North American company with head offices in BC, that performs grading, packing and distribution services for a full line of greenhouse grown products across North America, Japan, Hong Kong, and Taiwan.
- 2002 to 2003 - Controller for Intrinsyc Software International Inc., a BC-based mobility software and services company and enabler of next generation handheld products with clients and partners worldwide.
Mr. Yoon is a Certified Management Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta, a Business Diploma (Honours) from Lambton College of Applied Arts and Technology in Sarnia, Ontario and a Masters of Business Administration from Queen's University, Ontario. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and also serves on the adjudicating board of the Certified Management Accountants Strategic Leadership Program. Mr. Yoon also serves as a Director and Audit Chairman with Fireswirl Technologies Inc.

William (Bill) S. Hunnicutt Jr.
Vice President, Global Sales
Mr. Hunnicutt has more than 25 years of senior sales management experience in the chemical and polymer industries.

Mr. Hunnicutt is responsible for driving JER's sales strategy and sales targets for its thermoplastic biocomposite products. He also oversees and continues to build the Company's global sales and marketing team. His previous career history includes:
- 2001 to 2007 - Southeast Regional Sales Manager for AlphaGary Corporation, an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) of thermoplastic compounds and engineering alloys for the auto, medical', and wire and cable industries, headquartered in Troy, Michigan. Mr. Hunnicutt was responsible for coordinating the sales and marketing for more than $8M in PVC, TPE and allow products across a multi-state territory.
- 1994 to 2001 - Global Market Manager, Telecom and Plenum Products, for CONDEA Vista Company, a supplier of fatty alcohols, surfactants, linear alkylbenzene, high purity aluminas and oxygenated solvents, based out of Houston, Texas. During his tenure, he directed the sales, marketing, R&D and technical efforts on $30M in national and international business, particularly focusing on the development of telecom wire & cable products as well as specialty flame retarded PVC compounds.
- 1981 to 1994 - Technical Sales Manager and eventually Senior Technical Sales Manager for Conoco Chemicals, a US-based chemical manufacturer, where he sold PVC compounds and resins throughout the United States.
Mr. Hunnicutt has a BA is Chemistry from the University of Texas at Arlington.

William (Bill) Anderson
Vice President, Global Manufacturing
Mr. Anderson brings to JER more than 25 years experience in plant design and operations, primarily in the plastics manufacturing industry.

Mr. Anderson is responsible for JER's global thermoplastic biocomposite pellet and sheet production operations, as well as the design, setup and management of future facilities. His previous career history includes:
- 2002 to 2007 - President of Ry-Coll Industries Inc., a consulting service company based in Langley, British Columbia. Through Ry-Coll he provided technical/management consulting services including custom equipment design, processing improvements, equipment selection and plant commissioning.
- 1996 to 2002 - Vice President of Operations for Merlin Plastics Inc., a manufacturer based in Delta, British Columbia, that produces polymer flakes from recycled material for use in the plastics manufacturing industry.
- 1990 to 1996 - General Manager for Plasco Manufacturing Ltd., a plastic pipe manufacturer based in Langley, British Columbia.
- 1985 to 1990 - Operations Manager for Ipex Inc. (Canron), a PVC pipe extrusion facility based in Langley, British Columbia.
Mr. Anderson has also served as a lecturer on manufacturing plant management as part of the Engineering Program at the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). He holds a BSc. Mechanical Engineering Degree from Queens University in Northern Ireland.
