JER is first and foremost a compounder of thermoplastic biocomposites. If you require a custom solution, our technology team can draw from a wide range of polymer and cellulose fiber combinations to develop a new compound meeting your exact performance specifications.

JER's JERtech® thermoplastic biocomposite compounds begin with a basic portfolio of more than 40 different formulas. There are a range of these base formulations available for both injection molding and extrusion applications. Their fiber content ranges from fully let down products with loadings of 10 - 40% (ready for use in your factory) to master batch formulas with loadings of up to 60%.

The Options Are Extraordinary

What polymer base would you prefer? Do you want to use recycled or virgin polymers? Do you want JER to supply the polymer or would you prefer to source it? Do you want wood fiber (oak, pine or maple)? Or would you prefer to use rice hulls as the fiber component? What about additives (UV-protectants, fire retardants)?
