JER's sheet production employs the same proprietary technologies used to make the Company's compounded pellets. The production process is extremely flexible, enabling JER to manufacture highly customized boards in relatively small production volumes. Depending on customer requirements and production volumes, JER can adjust the following parameters:

Dimensions

By default, JERtech^® thermoplastic biocomposite sheeting is offered as a standard 122cm (4ft) by 244cm (8ft) board. However, as an extruded product, it can be custom configured for larger volume applications. Below are the only dimension constraints:

• Widths: 91.5 cm (3 ft.) to 122 cm (4 ft.)
• Lengths: 488cm (16 ft.) or less (transport constraints)
• Thicknesses: Any thickness between 3mm and 15mm

Formulations

If specific performance characteristics are required, JER is a very capable custom formulator. The Company has a wide range of polymer, fiber and additive options available and can develop a custom formulation quickly and cost-effectively.

Colors

JERtech^® sheeting can be colored very effectively during the manufacturing process. By coloring the boards, significant time and savings can be achieved in end-use finishing.
